FHFA releases 2019 multifamily lending caps for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac

The Federal Housing Finance Agency announced Tuesday the new 2019 multifamily lending caps for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The FHFA also announced two changes to the multifamily originations that are excluded from the caps.
