Kraninger releases plan to gut CFPB Payday Lending Rule

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Director Kathy Kraninger announced a delay to the Payday Lending Rule as the bureau reconsiders some portions. And while some members of the housing industry are on board, others say Kraninger is siding against consumers.
