This new 2,200 acre planned community is located just north and east of Lake Mead Parkway and Bounder Highway in Henderson. At the heart of cadence will be a 50 acre central park. There will also be 30 acres of walking and bike trails. In keeping with the wired world we are living in, this community will feature fiber-optic connectivity throughout the community, including Wi-Fi in the parks. Cadence has the area’s only free residential bike-share program. Residents enjoy easy access to Lake Mead and Las Vegas and are in close proximity to the Henderson Pavilion, the Henderson Events Plaza and Nevada State College. There are now four builders active in the community including Lennar, Woodside Homes, Ryland Homes and Richmond American. Lennar plans in the future to develop an age qualified community here also.
