Fannie Mae announces winner of 9th reperforming loan sale

Fannie Mae announced Wednesday that DLJ Mortgage Capital, which has previously won bids in other Fannie Mae reperforming loan sales, won the five pools in its latest sale, totaling about $4.97 billion in unpaid principal balances.
