Redfin: Home prices rise for the third consecutive month in June

In June, the nation’s home-sale prices rose for the third consecutive month, rising 3.4% from a year ago, according to new data from Redfin. This means U.S. home-sale prices reached a median of $321,200, falling from last June’s 5.5% annual gain. Redfin Chief Economist Daryl Fairweather said as national home price growth stabilizes, the country is witnessing supply and demand dynamics play out differently in its housing markets.
